Tony counsels technology and life sciences clients on a wide range of corporate, securities and governance matters, represents them in IPOs, M&A transactions and other complex transactions and matters, and guides their Boards of Directors and management teams through these matters with experienced, practical and tailored advice. Tony is active in firm management and a member of the firm’s Board of Directors. Tony is also a member of the Board of Visitors at Duke University School of Law.
